Например, он опубликовал от чужого лица ряд сообщений на интернет-форумах и тем самым спровоцировал полицию арестовать четверых посторонних граждан.Национальное полицейское агентство Японии заявило, что сеть анонимайзеров Tor используется для противоправной деятельности, в том числе мошенниками и педофилами.По мнению экспертного совета NPA, блокировка онлайновых коммуникаций будет эффективным решением проблемы. Основываясь на экспертных рекомендациях, агентство NPA и разослало провайдерам предложение о блокировке Tor. В частности, предлагается блокировать пользователей с IP-адресов известных рилеев Tor, которые находятся в открытом доступе. До пакетной фильтрации трафика дело пока не дошло.
